Park's employees must subscribe to and act in accordance with the Idaho Autobody Craftsmen Association's Code of Ethics. The Code insists on an obligation to the individual customer, a commitment to uphold the highest possible standards, to use only proven merchandise and the best possible skills and technology.

Technicians and staff receive extensive and ongoing industry training. All employees receive I-CAR Gold Class training, as well as specialized training to ensure profeciency with products, process and procedure. All work is warranted by Park's.

Leadership Roll

Park's management and employees have taken an active leadership role in their industry. They have committed time and resources to ensuring professional integrity throughout their industry. Locally the company works with Boise State University and the College of Southern Idaho Vocational Training Programs to provide gu9idance and training opportunities for students interested in the field.

The company has developed special marketing and information programs for the insurance industry to help agents and adjusters better assist customers with claims and auto damage repair.
