Payment Policy: We accept Original Insurance Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card amounts over $1,000.00 will be charged a 2% processing fee. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks without prior approval. Your vehicle will not be released until payment is made in full, or we have received verification from an insurance company that payment is being sent directly to Park’s Royal Body Works, Inc.

Estimates are prepared based on visual damages only. If hidden or additional damage is found, we will create a supplemental bill and contact whoever is responsible for payment. If a delay occurs you will be notified. All parts prices are subject to invoice.

I have read the above paragraph(s) and hereby authorize Park’s Royal Body Works, Inc. (PRBW) to repair my vehicle as described in the “estimate” and order any necessary parts prior to my scheduled appointment date. I agree that, if I fail to have my vehicle repaired as scheduled, I will be responsible for a 10% re-stocking fee and any freight charges on the parts and a $50.00 administrative fee. I agree that PRBW is not responsible for loss and/or damage to my vehicle caused by fire, theft, or any other cause beyond its control and for loss of articles left in the vehicle, or for any delays in repair completion. I further understand that PRBW will not be responsible for any rental car charges I incur. I also hereby grant permission to Park’s Royal Body Works employees to operate my vehicle for the purpose of test driving the vehicle, etc. during the repair process.

An express Mechanics Lien is hereby acknowledged on the below mentioned vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto, I further agree to pay all of Park’s Royal Body Works, Inc. reasonable Attorney’s fees and court costs in the event legal action is necessary by Park’s Royal Body Works, Inc. to enforce this contract.

By signing this document I authorize the paying party to pay Park’s Royal Body Works, Inc. directly and hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint Matt Thornton or Cynthia Thornton of Park’s Royal Body Works, Inc. my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me in my name, place, and stead, and on my behalf, and for my use and benefit to transact all of my banking business concerning endorsement of original and/or supplemental drafts (checks) for original and/or additional repairs to my vehicle made during the course of this repair.
